Recently, Pete has appeared as a guest real estate expert on
"KTVU Mornings on 2" a San Francisco Bay Area television show hosted by Ross McGowan.

 

Pete has also begun a Virtual Book Tour of teleseminar events about his recently published book.

In addition to television appearances and teleseminar events,  Pete holds educational seminars on a regular basis at various locations throughout central Contra Costa County speaking to home buyers, home sellers and real estate investors.

 

In the on-line world,  Pete has become an active blogger writing in four real estate blogs on a regular basis.
